Hola! I’m Erika, a versatile Product Designer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in B2B SaaS. Originally from Mexico, where I studied Culinary Arts, my journey has been shaped by curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

My design career began at PlentyOfFish Media, where I worked closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that drove user retention, growth, and revenue. At Zenhub, I led the design efforts for the Engagement and Retention team, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving product adoption.

I believe great design is both impactful and technically flawless. My approach centers on understanding user needs through research and data, while always working collaboratively with my team to innovate and iterate on ideas. I’m passionate about creating designs that not only meet business goals but also solve real problems for users.

Outside of work, I embrace a lifestyle of continuous learning. Whether it’s exploring Vancouver’s scenic trails, experimenting with new recipes, or getting lost in watercolour painting or knitting a new sweater, I believe in fueling creativity in all aspects of life.
